Jay Daly, Manager

Jay Daly, originally from Limerick, is a Business Studies and Spanish graduate from the University of Limerick. A former international cyclist with five years in Spain, Jay has over 20 years of experience in personal training, strength, and conditioning. After retiring from cycling, Jay successfully transitioned into American Football and physique competitions, securing multiple championships. He also coaches youth rugby and soccer and is a football pundit for Forever United TV.

Achievements:

• 2022 NIFMA Universe Overall Champion

• 2022 NIFMA Universe Masters Men’s Physique 1st

• 2019 NIFMA European Classic Physique 1st

• 2018 NIFMA National Championship Classic Physique 1st

Joey Sloan, Head Lifeguard

Joey Sloan, from Clare, is a former competitive swimmer and long-distance runner. He currently competes in Masters swimming, earning the 2023 Gold Medal in the “Gael Force Loch Derg” 800m swim. Joey has been with us for five years and recently attained his Swim Teacher Level Two award.

Qualifications:

• QQI Level 5 First Aid

• QQI Level 5 Gym & Fitness Instructor

• Community Coach with Mayo Sports Partnership

Ciaran Hynes

Ciaran Hynes, from Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, is currently pursuing a teaching degree at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. He has over five years of experience in the leisure and fitness industry and actively plays GAA at the intermediate level.

• Emergency First Responder

• Children’s First Safeguarding Course

• Leisure and Fitness Industry Experience - 5 Years

Yvonne Loughran, Senior Beauty & Holistic Therapist

Dublin native Yvonne Loughran brings over 25 years of experience in spas and salons. Trained at Galligan Beauty College Dublin, she is passionate about skin therapies and uses premium products like Voya in her treatments.
