Showcasing artisan food from the West of Ireland at Westport Woods Hotel Weddings

Both Westport and Mayo are renowned for local culinary artistry and the abundance of fresh produce along the Wild Atlantic Way.  The four-star Westport Woods Hotel overlooks the breath-taking views of Clew Bay and the mighty Carrowbeg River. Our Head Chef Rosario Dias experiments with local, seasonal produce, designing our artistic menus to showcase the bounty of the land and sea of Mayo. Speaking with him, he says “we have so many things to offer with incredible artisan produce shellfish, superb dairy all within close proximity of our stunning location on the Wild Atlantic Way”.

At Westport Woods we always ensure that we stay up to date with the latest trends and offerings on the Irish food and beverage trail.  We are very proud to offer beers from the local Mescan Brewery located in the heart of Westport and also the award winning Gun Powder Gin from Drumshambo.
